My name is Jake Moore, I started “groundhopping” in December 2012, and have started this blog partly to keep a record of my travels, and partly as a point of interest for others. I’ve tried to keep the entries fairly lighthearted and anecdotal. There are plenty of other excellent websites if you want facts and information about non-league football, but I hope you may find some useful nuggets of information amongst my match and ground reports.
I fit in the hopping between watching my hometown team, Shrewsbury Town, so the frequency of reports can be quite seasonal, but I hope I’m beginning to build up enough of an archive now for it to begin to look respectable.
